At Magadh Retail Private Limited, we are committed to delivering premium-quality garments and manufacturing solutions. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products and services offered under our business divisions, including:
- Wholesale Ready Stock
- Customized Production
- Private Label Manufacturing
- Uniform Manufacturing
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of garment manufacturing and customized production, return and refund eligibility varies depending on the type of order placed.
All claims regarding defects, damages, shortages, or incorrect products must be reported within the specified claim period along with supporting evidence.
2. Wholesale Ready Stock Products
Eligible for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements may be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product contains a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The claim is submitted within 24 Hrs. of delivery.
Conditions for Approval
Returned items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Remain in original packaging.
- Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Used, altered, or washed products.
- Clearance, promotional, or discounted items unless defective.
- Products purchased under special bulk liquidation offers.
3. Customized Production Orders
All customized products are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable
Once production begins, customized orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded due to:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Approved design, artwork, logo, or color selections.
- Market demand or resale concerns.
Exceptions
Replacement or corrective production may be considered only if:
- The product contains verified manufacturing defects.
- The delivered goods significantly differ from the approved production sample or written specifications.
4. Private Label Manufacturing Orders
Private Label and Contract Manufacturing services are produced exclusively for each customer and brand.
No Refund After Production Starts
All deposits, advances, sampling charges, development costs, and production payments are non-refundable once:
- Sampling has been approved.
- Materials have been procured.
- Production has commenced.
Quality Claims
Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted within 24 Hrs. of delivery with supporting photographs and documentation.
Upon verification, the Company may:
- Replace defective products.
- Repair products where feasible.
- Issue a credit adjustment for future orders.
5. Uniform Manufacturing Orders
Uniforms are manufactured based on customer-approved specifications, measurements, colors, logos, and branding requirements.
Returns Not Accepted For
- Incorrect sizes provided by the customer.
- Approved designs later rejected by the customer.
- Minor color or measurement variations within industry standards.
- Custom logo placement approved before production.
Eligible Claims
Claims may be considered if:
- Incorrect products were supplied.
- Approved branding was not followed.
- Manufacturing defects are present.
6. Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt.
If products arrive damaged:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of:
- Damaged products
- External packaging
- Shipping labels
- Provide the invoice or order number.
Failure to report damage within the specified period may result in claim rejection.
7. Refund Process
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing time may take 7–15 business days after approval.
- Banking, payment gateway, or financial institution delays are beyond our control.
8. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
- Replacement shipments approved by Magadh Retail Private Limited may be shipped at our discretion.
9. Order Cancellation Policy
Ready Stock Orders
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Customized, Private Label & Uniform Orders
Orders cannot be canceled after:
- Design approval,
- Sample approval,
- Material procurement,
- Production commencement.
Any advance payments made for such orders shall remain non-refundable.
10. Manufacturing Tolerances
The garment industry allows reasonable manufacturing variations, including:
- Fabric texture differences
- Dye lot color variations
- Measurement tolerances
- Print positioning
- Embroidery placement
- Stitching appearance
Such variations are considered standard manufacturing practice and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Company's liability shall not exceed the value of the affected goods supplied.
- Magadh Retail Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses.
12. International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and local government charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will not be provided for customs delays, import restrictions, or refusal of goods by customs authorities.
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
