Welcome to Magadh Retail Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions govern all business transactions, services, products, and dealings between Magadh Retail Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us") and its customers, distributors, retailers, corporate clients, institutions, and business partners ("Customer", "Client", "Buyer").
By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Business Scope
Magadh Retail Private Limited provides:
- Wholesale Ready Stock Supply
- Customized Garment Production
- Private Label Manufacturing (Contract Manufacturing)
- Uniform Manufacturing Solutions
- Corporate Apparel & Promotional Merchandise
2. Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, taxes, transportation charges, or market conditions.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after written approval and receipt of any applicable advance payment.
- The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or other mutually agreed currencies.
- Applicable GST, duties, shipping charges, customs duties, and other government levies shall be charged separately where applicable.
- Advance payment may be required for customized, private label, and uniform manufacturing orders.
- Outstanding payments must be cleared within the agreed payment terms.
- Delayed payments may attract interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
4. Wholesale Ready Stock Orders
- Ready stock products are subject to availability.
- Product colors, shades, and measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and photography.
- Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled.
- Bulk orders may have slight quantity variations within industry-standard tolerance limits.
5. Customized Production Orders
- Customers are responsible for approving designs, artwork, specifications, sizes, colors, logos, and production samples before manufacturing begins.
- Once production has commenced, cancellation or modification of the order may not be possible.
- Minor variations in color, print placement, embroidery, fabric texture, or sizing are considered industry standard and shall not constitute defects.
6. Private Label Manufacturing
- The customer must own or have legal authorization to use all trademarks, logos, artwork, labels, and intellectual property submitted for production.
- Magadh Retail Private Limited shall not be liable for any trademark, copyright, patent, or intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided designs.
- All custom labels, tags, packaging materials, and branding elements are produced according to customer specifications.
- Production timelines may vary depending on design complexity and order quantity.
7. Uniform Manufacturing
We manufacture uniforms for:
- Corporate Offices
- Schools & Colleges
- Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions
- Hotels & Hospitality Businesses
- Security Services
- Industrial & Manufacturing Units
- Event & Promotional Teams
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information and approvals before production.
8. Production & Delivery Timelines
- Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Delays caused by force majeure events, transportation disruptions, government regulations, natural disasters, labor shortages, or supplier issues shall not constitute a breach of contract.
- The Company shall not be liable for consequential losses resulting from delivery delays.
9. Shipping & Risk Transfer
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch or handover to the shipping carrier.
- Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours.
- Shipping charges, insurance, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
